  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 (20 ounce) cans pineapple chunks, drained
  • 6 tablespoons pineapple juice, reserved from the pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 8 tablespoons butter, melted
