Pineapple Cheese Bake

  • 2 cans pineapple chunks, drained (16 oz.)
  • 12 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 roll crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Combine pineapple and cheese.

    Combine sugar and flour.

    Mix with pineapple and cheese.

    Put in 8 x 8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle crackers over the top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
