  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (pecans), divided in half
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

    Save half of pecans to roll finished ball in. (This tastes better if made a day ahead.)
