- 1 small pkg cream cheese
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 small can crushed no sugar added pineapple; well drained

1Use enough graham crackers to make 9-inch pie shell crushed and mixed with butter and press in pie plate.

2Let cream cheese set out until soft, or put in microwave on defrost if you are in a hurry. Mix pudding as directed on box.

3Add softened cream cheese.

4Whip really good; stir in pineapple.
