  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S White Chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
  • 1-1/2 tsp. butter or margarine
  • 6 drops peppermint extract
  • 40 vanilla wafers
  • 4 starlight mints, crushed

Directions

    Microwave chocolate, cream and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 1-1/2 min.

    or until butter is melted, stirring after 1 min.

    Stir until chocolate is completely melted.

    Blend in extract.

    Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.

    Shape 1 tsp.

    chocolate mixture into 1/2-inch ball; place between 2 wafers to form sandwich.

    Press together gently.

    Roll edge in crushed mints; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
