  • 2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple rings
  • 4 tsp. plus 1/3 c. sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp. flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. small marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. mild grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped stiff

Directions

    Heat juice from cans of pineapple.

    Mix 4 teaspoons sugar, salt and flour and beat into heated juice.

    Remove from heat.

    Add beaten eggs and beat entire mixture.

    If eggs are small, use a little more flour.

    Chill.
