  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
