Pineapple Cheese Roll

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Directions

    In medium bowl with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, the green pepper, onion and salt.

    Shape into a ball.

    Roll in remaining nuts.

    Wrap in plastic wrap or foil.

    Refrigerate until well chilled.
