  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (No. 1) can pineapple chunks
  • 3/4 c. diced cheese
  • 1 c. marshmallows

    Drain pineapple; set juice aside.

    Mix together sugar, egg, cornstarch and pineapple juice; cook until mixture becomes thick. Pour this over the cheese, pineapple and marshmallows.
