- 1/4 cup packed Brown Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt

1Poke some holes in squash and place in microwave for 10 mins.

3Flip and repeat for 10 more mins.

4Will be Very Hot.

5Remove and cover with foil.

6Let cool enough to handle.

7Slice length wise and remove seeds.

8Remove pulp.

9The skin should literally peel off.

10If still hard, microwave 5 more mins.

11Add pulp to remaining ingredients and mash with fork.

12Should be very soft.
