  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. drained, crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can cherry pie filling

Directions

    Mix crumbs and butter.

    Press into bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan to form crust.

    Cream the cheese until smooth. Beat eggs slightly with 1/2 cup sugar.

    Add pineapple, flour and vanilla.

    Blend eggs and cheese mixture.

    Pour into crust and bake in moderate oven at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    Top with cherry filling after cooling.
