- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed
- 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust

1Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar.

3Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Spoon 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained, in center of filling.
