Pineapple Cheesecake Pie

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 prepared 9-inch graham cracker crumb crust

    Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar.

    Blend in sour cream and vanilla.

    Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Spoon 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained, in center of filling.
