  • 1/2 c. juice
  • 2 c. marshmallows (small)
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 c. sweet potatoes

Directions

    Place pineapple around casserole dish.

    Place sweet potatoes in center of dish.

    Make sauce with brown sugar, pineapple juice and oleo.

    Bring to a boil and pour over potatoes.

    Sprinkle marshmallows over top of dish.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
