- 2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. Dole unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 (20 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple, well drained (reserve 1 c. juice)
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Bake crust.

3Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth and fluffy.

4Beat in 1/2 cup sugar and the eggs.

5Stir in 2/3 cup pineapple juice.

6Pour cream cheese mixture over hot crust.

7Bake just until center is set, about 20 minutes. Cool completely.
