  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 3 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells (unbaked)

Directions

    Combine sugar, flour, corn meal and butter.

    Add remaining ingredients and stir well.

    Pour into the pie shells and bake at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes or until firm.
