  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell

Directions

    Combine sugar and butter. Cream well. Add eggs. Beat well. Stir in pineapple and vanilla. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool before serving. Yields one 9-inch pie.
