- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 Tbsp. light margarine, melted
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. thawed frozen concentrated pineapple juice
Directions

1Prick pie crust with fork to make a crusty crust, then refrigerate.

2In a small bowl beat egg substitute and flour.

3Add sugar, pineapple juice, corn syrup, vanilla, salt and margarine to egg mixture.

4Add nuts.

5Place pie in a baking sheet and pour in filling.

6Cook pie for 30 minutes at 350°, then reduce heat to 300° for 30 minutes, until golden brown.

7Let pie cool on wire rack.
