  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Directions

    Mix butter and sugar; add beaten eggs, flour, milk, vanilla and pineapple.

    Pour into 2 pie shells and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm.

    Makes 2 deep dish pies.
