- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (with juice)
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Spray skillet with cooking spray.

2Cook chicken until done, about 5 minutes per side.

3Remove from skillet.

4Mix 1 tablespoon pineapple juice with cornstarch until smooth.

5Add pineapple, mustard and sugar to pan.

6Bring to a boil.

7Add cornstarch.

8Heat until thick and clear.

9Add chicken back to skillet.

10Heat through and serve with rice.
