Pineapple Chicken Breasts

- 8 servings split chicken breast or 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
Directions

1Drain pineapple.

2Skin the split chicken breasts.

3Pour pineapple juice 1/4-inch deep in a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex pan.

4Mix salt, paprika, and flour.

5Put on chicken breasts.

6Put pineapple on chicken breasts.

7Put pineapple juice on part of breasts not covered with pineapple.

8Bake in 350° oven for one hour.

9Do not cover.
-
10Baste.

11If necessary, add more liquid.

12Remove chicken from pan and keep in a warm place.

13Put juice in Teflon skillet and make chicken gravy from flour mixture.

14No fat.
-
15No cholesterol. Delicious!
