  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 5 egg yolks
  • 3/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 c. egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 c. whipping cream
