- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 3 egg whites
- 1/4 c. sugar
- baked pie shell
Directions

1In a small saucepan, cook pineapple, egg yolks and 3/4 cup sugar.

2Meanwhile, dissolve gelatin in cold water.

5Beat egg whites and 1/4 cup sugar.
