  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
  • 1 deep dish pie crust or 2 regular pie shells

Directions

    Melt margarine; add sugar, beaten eggs, pineapple and coconut. Pour into 1 large deep dish uncooked pie shell or 2 regular sized uncooked pie shells.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, until set.
