- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
- 1 deep dish pie crust or 2 regular pie shells
Directions

1Melt margarine; add sugar, beaten eggs, pineapple and coconut. Pour into 1 large deep dish uncooked pie shell or 2 regular sized uncooked pie shells.

2Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes, until set.
