  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. or 7 oz. bag shredded coconut

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into 2 pie shells.

    Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes or until brown and solid.

    Half the recipe for only 1 pie.
