  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Angel Flake coconut
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Add sugar, flour and cornmeal.

    Add pineapple, coconut, melted margarine and vanilla.

    Mix well and pour into unbaked crust.

    Bake 1 hour until brown at 300°.
