  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
  • 1 can crushed pineapple (small)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. coconut

    Beat eggs; gradually add sugar.

    Then add flour, butter, syrup, coconut and pineapple.

    Bake in a 9-inch unbaked pie shell 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
