  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream margarine, sugar and eggs.

    Add other ingredients and pour into 2 unbaked pie shells and bake in oven at 325° for 25 minutes or until coconut browns.
