Pineapple Coconut Punch

  • 2/3 c. powdered lemonade mix
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cream of coconut
  • 1/2 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 2 or 3 tsp. coconut flavoring
  • 3 qt. 7-Up

Directions

    In a plastic gallon container, mix the following: powdered lemonade, sugar, cream of coconut, pineapple juice and coconut flavoring.

    Blend mixture and put in a gallon container, then fill container with water until 3/4 full.

    Freeze at least 24 hours. Serve partially thawed (3 hours).

    Add 3 quarts 7-Up per gallon. One gallon serves 20 to 30 people.
