- 6 large eggs, scrambled
- 1/2 c. chopped ham
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, pour scrambled eggs in. Let cook thoroughly on one side.

2Carefully flip omelet over. Place remaining ingredients in the middle of the cooked side of the eggs.

3Let cheese melt slightly, then flip omelet mixture in half. Omelet is cooked when eggs are done.
