  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 roll Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick margarine

    Mix flour and sugar; pour over pineapple.

    Top with cheese. Crush crackers and place on top.
