  • 1 small pkg. sugar-free lemon Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
  • 4 packs sugar substitute
  • 1 pkg. D-Zerta whipped topping, prepared as directed on box

Directions
