  • 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • juice from pineapple with enough water to make 1 pt.
  • 1 pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 small can pimiento
  • 1/2 c. nut meats, chopped
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Directions

    Dissolve Jell-O. Add pineapple and let stand until it starts to set. Add cheese and pimiento which have been mixed together. When mixture begins to harden, add nuts and whipped cream.
