- 1/2 cup flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 13 cup margarine or butter,, softened
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon ground
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg ground
Directions

1Heat oven to 375F (190C).
