  • 1/4 tsp. cornstarch
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small can pineapple

    Combine first 7 ingredients and cook.

    After the pudding is cooked, add pineapple.

    Use egg whites for meringue.
