- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (lite or regular), softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9-inch)
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer or blender.

2Add eggs; mix well.

3Pour into crust. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

4Cool, then refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

5Then add favorite topping (cherry, pineapple, blueberry).
