  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten well
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers
  • 1 (9 oz.) tub Cool Whip
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 (20 oz.) can drained, crushed pineapple

Directions

    Cream the butter and sugar.

    Add eggs, pineapple and nuts; blend well.

    Fold in Cool Whip.

    Line bottom of a bowl with wafers and alternate with mixture and wafers.

    Let mixture be on the top. Chill overnight.
