- 3 medium cans pineapple tidbits
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 stack Ritz or similar crackers
- 1 stick melted margarine
Directions

1Drain the pineapple and place in a 9 x 13-inch dish. Mix sugar, cheese and flour and spread over pineapple. Crush the crackers over top of cheese mixture. Pour melted margarine over crackers. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
