  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Dump 1 large can crushed pineapple, 1 box yellow cake mix, 1 cup coconut and 1 cup nuts into your greased pan and mix or layer.

    Cut 2 sticks of margarine into 1/2-inch squares.

    Scatter butter squares on top of mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
