  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. white raisins
  • 1 c. candied pineapple
  • 1 c. candied cherries
  • 2 c. pecans
  • 2 c. coconut
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.

    Add juice and fruit last. Bake at 300° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

    Wrap in cheesecloth and moisten with orange juice.
