- 5 to 7 carrots, scraped and washed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1 tsp. grated orange rind
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cut carrots in 1 1/2-inch sticks or slice round.

2Cook until tender in small amount of water with salt.

3Drain.

4Add pineapple, orange rind, sugar and butter.

5Place over medium heat and occasionally toss lightly until glazed, about 5 minutes.

6Yields 5 to 6 servings.
