- 4 to 6 boneless chicken breast halves or chicken strips
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, packed in own juice
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. sliced scallions
Directions

1Sprinkle chicken very lightly with salt and pepper.

2Brown in butter over medium heat.

3Add remaining ingredients; cook, uncovered, turning breasts occasionally until liquid has mostly evaporated and chicken is glazed, about 15 minutes.
