Pineapple Glazed Ham

  • 1 (6 lb) fully-cooked whole boneless ham, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup pineapple or orange preserves
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest
  • 6 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup dark brown sugar
  • None None orange slices, cinnamon sticks and fresh herbs, to garnish

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Place ham on a foil-lined baking tray.

    In a small saucepan, combine preserves, mustard, garlic, orange zest, pineapple juice and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced to 3/4 cup, stirring occasionally. Season. Brush over ham and bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Brush with pan juices.

    Slice and arrange on a serving platter. Garnish with orange slices, cinnamon sticks and fresh herbs.
