- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks in juice (undrained)
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. round buttery cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of juice.

2Combine reserved pineapple juice, sugar and flour.

3Stir in juice, sugar and flour.

4Stir in pineapple and cheese.

5Spoon into a lightly greased, shallow 2-cup baking dish.

6Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle evenly over pineapple mixture.

7Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
