Pineapple Ham Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 lb. lean ham or turkey ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 3/4 c. pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Directions

    Cook macaroni, drain and rinse.

    Place in large bowl.

    Add peas, ham, pineapple and celery.

    Over low heat, warm vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves; cool.

    Pour over ham mixture and toss.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
