Pineapple Ham Pasta Salad

- 1/2 c. macaroni (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 lb. lean ham or turkey ham, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 3/4 c. pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Cook macaroni, drain and rinse.

2Place in large bowl.

3Add peas, ham, pineapple and celery.

4Over low heat, warm vinegar and sugar until sugar dissolves; cool.

5Pour over ham mixture and toss.

6Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
