Pineapple Ice

  • 1 large pineapple, cut up
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. honey (optional)

Directions

    Place pineapple chunks and lemon juice in blender.

    Puree until smooth.

    Pour into plastic container or ice cube trays and freeze about 1 hour.

    When mixture is slushy-frozen, puree again in blender until creamy.

    Pour it back into freezer container and freeze at least 2 hours more.
