  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. pineapple juice
  • 2 egg whites (beaten)

Directions

    Freeze first 3 ingredients to mushy 1/2 to 1 hour.

    Add pineapple juice and freeze to mushy 1/2 hour.

    Fold in egg whites and refreeze.
