Pineapple Lassi Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 cups 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey (or A Bit More If You Like Things Sweet)
  • 1/2 cups Whole Milk
  • 2 pinches Ground Cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

Directions

    1. Take pineapple chunks out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to very slightly defrost.

    2. Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and puree until completely smooth, thick and creamy.

    3. Pour into tall glasses and serve with straws.
