- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
- 1/2 cups 0% Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Honey (or A Bit More If You Like Things Sweet)
- 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 pinches Ground Cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

11. Take pineapple chunks out of the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to very slightly defrost.

22. Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender or food processor and puree until completely smooth, thick and creamy.
