  • 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (juice pack)
  • 1 (4 oz.) carton lemon yogurt
  • 1/2 c. skim milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes

Directions

    Place undrained pineapple, yogurt and milk in the blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Blend in sugar, then ice cubes until chopped. Serve immediately.
