- 2 mangos, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 whole pineapple, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. finely chopped red onion
- juice of 1 small lime
- 1 small jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 2 tsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
Directions

1Toss together all ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes. Serve with grilled seafood or tortilla chips. Makes 6 servings.
