Pineapple-Marshmallow Dessert

- 1 lb. marshmallows
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 pt. all-purpose cream, whipped
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 12 crushed graham crackers
Directions

1Place the marshmallows, milk and pineapple juice in a double boiler over boiling water until marshmallows melt.

2When cool, add the whipped cream and drained crushed pineapple.

3Place part of the graham crackers in a 9 x 13-inch pan leaving some to place on the top.

4Pour in the first mixture, then cover with the rest of crackers.

5Let stand in refrigerator all night.

6Serves 16.
